Chef Charlie Palmer is looking for an Executive Sous Chef. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years Culinary Management in a fine dining establishment or equivalent and a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Culinary related field or equivalent. This candidate must be extremely creative and have a palate for combining flavors and textures. Written and verbal comprehension of English language is required. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
