Olives by Todd English in Biloxi Mississippi is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine. Responsible for working with the Executive Chef to create a cohesive team within the kitchen. The Chef de Cuisine must have a positive presence within the kitchen, and the restaurant as a role model and member of the management team.
