Position Description:Windows Catering Company one of Washington D.C.'s premier off-premise caterers provides full-service catering, party planning and event management services for corporate entertaining, galas and fundraisers, social events, weddings, receptions and business breakfast/luncheons.

We are currently seeking a SOUS CHEF.

Culinary degree is a must
Five years experience
Responsible for daily kitchen operations and managing the kitchen staff
4-Star hotel, large volume banquet, catering experience is necessary
