Position Description:
Executive Working Chef, or a Sous Chef who is poised to move into the top kitchen position, required for exclusive Club located on the South West Florida Gulf Coast between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. The successful canditate will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation. Must have a very high standard of hygiene and keep a spotless kitchen. This position demands creativity as well as the ability to re-create an established menu. Applicant should work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, willing and able to, when neccessary, work long hours. Experience in hiring, firing, supervising, training, a must. A high prority is placed on the ability to get along well with all staff. Requirments include a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in high quality fine dining. This position definitely requires fine hands on culinary skills and reports to our Clubhouse Manager.
