|Position Description:||Harpers Restaurant Group is a multi brand operator of premier Upscale casual and Fine Dining Restaurants in North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky.We are in search of a Chef for our New Mediterranean Concept in Charlotte, NC. The food is key to this concept.It is about the best possible ingredients prepared and persented simply with field to table philosophy. This will be a high profile position in the community and the region. |
Responsibilies include all aspects of Kitchen management, menu and concept development, staff training and costs control knowledge in a high volume sales enviroment. The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree with 5 years Fine Dining Chef Experience, preferably in European-Mediteranean influenced Cuisine.
- Ability to work in a high volume sales environment
- Creativity in menu planning and execution
- Profit and Loss Knowledge experience
- Team Player and leader able to work with FOH management and Owner
