Position Description:
A fantastic opportunity to work in a new restaurant with a Virginia born Chef who has been working in top restaurants in New York (10 years) and Virginia. Gracious Dining and daily menu changes based on the freshest ingredients that the Shenandoah Valley has to offer from local sustainable family farms. We are going to change the food scene in the Shenandoah ValleyBe part of it.
Sous-Chef:
The right person will have 5 years plus fine dinning experience and must have basic demonstratable knowledge of cooking techniques. Willing to teach and learn. This is not a 9 to 5 job. Culinary school is a plus but not a requirement. Must be a working sous chef. You must be a collaborator, inspired, dedicated, passionate, disciplined, a team leader and one who takes responsibility. Must be able to take criticism and not scream at others. Must have knowledge of sanitation. Future Partnership Possible.
