Position Description:
The Beverly Hilton seeks experienced Pastry Chef for new restaurant.
Create, plan and supervise the production of top quality pastries, desserts & baked goods in a cost effective, safe manner to enhance the quality of the guest's expereince.
Requrires advanced knowledge of principles and practices within the baking profession.
Must have 5 or more years pastry cook/bake experience.
Advanced professional pastry training/degree from a culinary school.
