Nationally renowned chef-owned/operated restaurant in Charleston SC seeks a pm sous chef with strong management skills, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic to serve fabulous meals to a loyal clientele.
Over 2 yrs line experience required with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike. Management experience desirable although not essential.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
