|Position Description:||Bond Street (Japanese Restaurant) Kitchen is looking for line cooks, garde manger and dishwashers. We are a busy 9 year old restaurant located North of Houston and open only for dinner. The menu consists of sushi, of course, blending with Asian, American and French Techniques. This is an opportunity to learn a different cuisine with Executive Chef Linda Rodriguez and Chef de Cuisine Dominic Martinez. |
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
