|Position Description:||3030 Ocean restaurant is seeking a strong chef driven candidate who is looking to gain more experience on his/her way to the top. This restaurant is run as a separate entity in a large resort. It has all the perks of working with a large company, but the feel of an independent restaurant. 3030 Ocean is a reflection of Chef Dean James Max who paints the vision which has made it so incredibly popular in south Florida.|
Develop,Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of pastry production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
