Kaygetsu restaurant, in Menlo Park, California, has an immediate opening for a line cook who will be working under a Japanese-trained kaiseki chef.
Work under a kaiseki chef to prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum six months of experience in kitchen work, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for Japanese food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
