Position Description:
Fifth Group is looking for an experienced and energetic Manager to join our team in Atlanta.
Qualified candidates will have a background in high volume upscale restaurant management, and specifically have experience managing a beverage program. Experience should include wine knowledge, staff education, ordering and receiving, inventory, and controlling beverage costs.
They must be a leader and be able to coach and develop employees as well as develop and implement systems in a fast paced environment. He/she will possess excellent organization skills, communication skills, time management skills, an eye for detail and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction.
