Position Description:
Seeking a service-oriented individual to exceed the expectations of our external and internal guests by hosting in our fine-dining establishment.
Responsibilities include the following:
Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.
Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
Stocks and maintains necessary items in host/hostess stand.
Communicates closely with Manager on Duty.
Works as a team player to maintain a courteous, professional and helpful attitude towards all guests.
Following 90 days of service, employees are eligible for full medical, dental, and life insurance. Personal Time Off is available for use following 6 months of service. Employees are eligible for a 401K program, including a generous employer match, following 1 year of service. Hotel discounts at other properties managed by MTM Luxury Lodging are also available.
