Position Description:
In Little Apple Bay, on the northern shore of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands sits the Sugar Mill Hotel & Restaurant. Set amid lush tropical grounds, the 23 room boutique hotel centers around the award-winning, Sugar Mill Restaurant.
The dining room is in the remains of what was once the great house, 370 years ago the property was a sugar mill & rum distillery. The atmosphere is of casual romance, candlelight dining with a menu that changes nightly using local caribbean ingredients to create its own Caribbean fusion.
Single Acccommodation provided. 6 day work week. Salary commensurate with training and experience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
