This bold, new, upscale eatery currently seeks experienced Line Cooks to round out its kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
New and upcoming company with lots of room for expansion is looking for line cooks for their Northern Westchester Restaurant. The property will grow in the next 2 years. It will include 3 restaurants, a 40 room day spa, and a 150 slip marina with capacity to hold 100 foot or more boats. All nestled on 30 acres on the Hudson River.
Our current restaurant is a high end European style and American flair trying to utilize all local products. The restaurant also includes a day spa with two luxury suites.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
