Eleven Madison is looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a fine-dining restaurant in Manhattan with 3 to 4 years of culinary experience. If you have what it takes to work for AND learn from a top chef, this position may be for you. Sous chef candidates should have previous sous chef experience - preferably in New York (or comparable fast-paced, fine-dining environment) and have a high-energy attitude.
Previous kitchen management experience is a plus.
