Danny Meyer's 3-star Union Square Cafe seeks entry-level pastry cook for a mixture of weekends and evenings, service and production.
This is an opportunity to work on the crew under famed Chef Michael Romano at one of New York's favorite restaurants featuring seasonal, greenmarket desserts.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in pastry production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
