Position Description:
Ambitious Line Cook/Sous Chef wanted. Must be flexible and able to perform at multiple stations - sautee, grill, cold stations in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen. Experience a plus. We are an independent, seasonal restaurant located in a lovely historic building in a scenic coastal resort town on Cape Cod. Season is May 18th - October 16th. Menu features New England classics with a focus on local seafood and Mediterranean inspired, innovative upscale bistro fare.
