Chef for successful 200 seat fine dining restaurant in premier resort community. Restaurant is open year-round, is celebrating 10 years of successful business, and boasts a loyal clientele, a cohesive team-oriented staff and an excellent reputation throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Candidate should be able to work in a team environment with other dynamic, creative, and motivated individuals.
Candidate must be experienced running a demanding kitchen operation, ordering and maintaining kitchen inventories, working with a catering operation and managing staff of 10 - 12 employees (Sous Chef, Line Cooks, Expeditors, Dishwashers, etc). Should also be experienced with computerized inventory management, cost tracking and reporting, etc.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
