Position Description:
Michelin Rated VaTutto! Restaurant in Soho is looking for experienced line cooks with a minimum of two years of fine dining kitchen experience and able to perform all aspects of prep/production and service.
Responsibilities include plan, prep, set up and provide quality line service in all areas of food production. Two days a week off, but must be able to work am and pm!
Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 years of similar experience in Italian kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
