Position Description:
Sous Chef needed for 85 room, upscale ski resort lodge in Alta, Utah that has the reputation of having the finest cuisine in the area. Meal service at the lodge includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a working position which will test management and cooking skills. Employment is full time year round, with housing available at the lodge. Ideal applicant will have strong management skills, experience in all areas of food preparation and the flexibility to deal with the changeable aspects of a seasonal operation. Having an appreciation for the outdoors, skiing and mountain living will make this an ideal position. The off season May and October is an opportunity to travel or work around the lodge helping with maintenance. Benefits are included.
