Position Description:
The School of Hotel Restaurant & Tourism Management (HRTM) is a division within the Daniels College of Business. The new building is a learning laboratory for our students to put their education to practical use working. The Executive Chef/Teaching Support Specialist is responsible for working directly with HRTM students to teach them about Executive Chef positions; they are also responsible for menu development and purchasing supplies; responsible for cooking all catered functions within the building; responsible for sanitary practices for all students and employees; and responsible for developing budgets and analyzing food and labor costs.
