High-end Catering company in Austin, Texas seeking talented, mild-mannered off-premise catering chef. Must be able to run all back of the house operations including menu and recipe design and development, costing, sanitation, recieveing, packing and then be able to execute an off-site event. This candidate should take ownership and pride in their work.
