Macky's Baysdie Bar and Grill is a very successful 13 year restaurant located in Ocean City, Maryland. We are a rustic waterfront operation that is open air, has a private white sandy beach with a tropical feel and flavor. We pride ourselves on our quality of our product, the warmth and person ability of our staff and our longativity in the hospitality industry. Macky's is looking for a Sous Chef/kitchen manager who is hightly motivated, has a passion for food, and has the ability to coach/mentor and motivate their team, earning their respect by working alongside them. Our kitchen is high volume,(serving six hundred dinners nightly) serving lunch, dinner and late night fare seven days a week in season. Individuals applying for this position should also have exceptional organizational skills, be computer literate, particularly with excel/word/inventory programs.
