Position Description:This high volume upscale hot spot located in Georgetown is currently seeking a Sous Chef that is creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic to assist in preparation of Mediterranean Cuisine.

Experience with a understanding of Middle Eastern & Lebanese cuisine and culture a plus. Proven leadership skills with knowledge of culinary systems and a passion for our guests is a must.

At least 4 yrs on-the-job experience required in fine-dining kitchens with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.

Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
