Successful Restaurant Group currently operating three Cuban cafes in the Tampa Bay area seeks experienced executive chef for upscale Latin and Tapas concept to open in March 2006. Executive chef should have experience with Latin cuisine and all aspects of running a kitchen including ordering, menu development, and kitchen management. This is a limited partnership opportunity for the right candidate.
