Sous Chef

This position requires candidates to have a US work permit. Please do not apply if you are not legally able to work in the United States.
Applicants to this position must reside within a 90 mile radius of the property.
Position Description:Minimum 1+ years Culinary Management experience in a fine dining restaurant. Must be extremely creative and have a palate for combining flavors and textures with strong knowledge of Classical Cuisine. Must be at least 21 years of age. Written and verbal comprehension of English language required, bilingual helpful. Must have basic computer skills and basic mathematics skills. Must be able to deal with all Guests and Staff in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain polished professional appearance.
