|Position Description:||Blue Smoke, a pioneer in New York's growing barbecue scene, brings authentic pit barbecue and soulful live jazz to The Big Apple. Our restaurant offers a selection of the best regional barbecue from across the country served with warm hospitality in a bustling atmosphere. We are currently seeking Sous Chefs who are creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic to assist in preparing fabulous dishes and quality meals.|
Over 3 yrs on-the-job experience required in fine-dining kitchens with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.
Culinary graduate preferred.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
