We also consider art, architecture and design important disciplines relating to the dining experience. This effort is aimed at finding ways to please the senses, as well as increasing the performance and efficiency of our actions.

There are plenty of advantages to working for Houston's. From a competitive benefits package, to performance based training, to the excitement that comes from working in a high-volume, operationally fine-tuned arena, we have it covered. First year compensation is between $45-$65K, and our top performing General Managers can earn up to $225,000. Relocation flexibility is a contingency of employment. Training and first management assignments will be in California.
