|Position Description:||At Bouchon Bakery, our intent is to capture the magic of an authentic country French boulangerie: one that will provide a sense of community and an inviting atmosphere. The bakery will produce the finest handcrafted breads and pastries using traditional methods and quality ingredients. When possible, we will use organic, local and small producer items. We use several different types of starters and shape the loaves by hand to assure quality standards set by Chef Thomas Keller.|
We are looking for a highly motivated, hard working individual who has a passion for quality and who pays a great deal of attention to detail. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a high quality pastry shop.
We are looking for lead bakers with production experience and who are energetic, team oriented, able to pay close attention to detail and want to work in a bakery where quality is the priority!
