Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers and management. Flexible schedule. Education: culinary school preferred. Heavy lifting required.
