Must have at least four years of service experience in a similar dining environment. Must possess a high school diploma, with advanced diploma or master sommelier diploma from cms highly preferred and have experience with sake. Court of master sommeliers introductory course strongly recommended. Extensive knowledge of wines, other beverages and their proper service necessary, with basic knowledge of kitchen operations, as well as working knowledge of several pos systems and operations. Good communication skills are required, and must have the ability to read and write in English, with multiple languages a plus.
