Position Description:
Chef Garde-Manger wanted for children's sleep-away camp in beautiful Northeast PA. Feeding 350 daily, this is a great entry level position; perfect for having a fantastic summer while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Most responsibility will be to operate and direct extensive salad bar; able to demonstrate your imagination and ability to create the finest in visual presentations and preparations of salads, hors d'oeuvers, crudite, etc.
The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree, 1-2 years experience in a quality high volume operation with experience in all new culinary trends.
