Job Requirements Experience: Must have 5 or more years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury full-service environment, with at least 3 at director/executive level; must have been a member of the executive committee of the hotel for at least 3 years. Strong proven leadership abilities and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations.
