The Hilton Short Hills, NJ's urban luxury resort is looking for a Garde Manger Cook to assist our culinary team. Must possess strong culinary skills in cold food preparation, have a strong commitment to quality and ensure proper sanitation practices. This position reports directly to the Chef Garde Manger. Must have a certificate of formal culinary training and previous experience in a upscale hotel or restaurant is preferred.
