Responsible for structuring kitchen at existing location and planning for new second location in NYC. Must be comfortable with Lunch, Dinner, Take-out and Delivery.
The position demands organization, creativity, excellent communication in Chinese and English, maintain culinary standards and a good sense of humor.
Other specific duties include assisting in menu planning, food cost, kitchen labor and schedule's, quality standards compliance, training of staff, purchasing of food products, and maintenece of cooking equipment.
