Must have at least five years of previous experience as an assistant chef or executive chef. Must have extensive experience with dim sum. Must be able to speak English, with Cantonese/Mandarin language a plus. Must possess good leadership and communication skills. Prior experience in a union setting is an asset. Must have excellent sanitation and safety knowledge. authentic noodle, rice and congee specialties from Thailand, Japan, China, and Vietnam, as well as Hong Kong-style barbecue specialties.
