Small, upscale inn and restaurant in the Texas hill country has an opportunity for a lead line/prep cook to assist our chef. This is a full-time, non-seasonal position in a beautiful part of Texas with good working conditions. We would prefer someone with about 3-5 years of varied experience in a fine dining establishment. Must be a non-smoker and speak at least some English.
