The Conrad Miami is now accepting applications for a Social Catering Manager with the following qualifications:
The Social Catering Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising all aspects of the Catering Department, while maintaining profitable operations and high quality products and service levels.
The Social Catering Manager is expected to maximize revenues and exceed budgeted revenues, and to develop and implement strategies to increase business.
S/he must act as a liaison between client and operating departments to ensure a successful meeting and to generate repeat business
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive catering sales experience in a luxury hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
They must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing. They must also have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
