|Position Description:||Tabla, a New York Times 3-star, Zagat top 20 restaurant, is searching for Bar Manager of a large wine and specialty drink oriented program. Seeking a person versed in wines from around the world, development of specialty drinks, ordering of wines/liquors/beverage and the managing of a busy dining room floor. |
Tabla is an enlightened, professional working environment which serves a unique fusion of American food with Indian spice, accompanied by a progressive, international wine list. Chef Cardoz is a 2004 James Beard Nominated Chef and has won many awards for his modern Indian cuisine.
Please have excellent food, wine and liquors as well as a sincere enjoyment of superior hospitality. Previous fine dining experience is preferred.
Health and Dental benefits are available after 90 days of successful full-time employment. 401K and vacation benefits are available to employees after six months of continuous service. Tabla is owned by Chef Floyd Cardoz and visionary restaurateur Danny Meyer.
