|Position Description:||Four Star Modern French restaurant looking for ambitious and energetic pastry cooks to join a winning team under Pastry Chef Johnny Iuzzini. |
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Some experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent is preferred, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
