A private seasonal dining and social club on the Southern Coast of Maine is seeking an Executive Chef. A substantial demonstrated experience in private club, country club and fine dining is required. Must be able to work well with others and with a team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing the kitchen, hiring kitchen staff, scheduling, managing food and labor costs and developing seasonal menus complimented by the appropriate wines.
