High-end, high volume, French Quarter New Orleans Restaurant currently seeks experienced Line Cooks to round out its kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field. This is an opportunity to work on the crew under the famed Chef Jared Tees at one of the top Creole restaurants in New Orleans.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
