Chef de cuisine for On Mountain Restaurants in Aspen/Snowmass. Candidate needs to have a profound knowledge of Culinary Operations such as Restaurant ( Fine dining & Casual) , Banquet and Off Premise functions for up to 150 Customers. Full knowledge of Kitchen Management is required such as dealing with Employee matters, Staffing , Scheduling , Hiring, Ordering and Inventories.The culinary themes are High Alpine Colorado and European Cuisine.The position is a Ski/ Board or Snowmobile in & out position @ approx 10000 Feet elevation and requires a positive attidude to weather and outdoors.
