This rewarding position is responsible for helping to teach the introductory baking courses of the first year curriculum. Candidates should have a background in Artisan and European Style Bread Baking with an aptitude for creating simple and basic pastry items. This position is also responsible for supplying baked goods for our hotel restaurants, and banquet functions.
Co-instructor will also be responsible for continued development of course syllabus, lesson plans and other teaching materials and will participate in committees, attend faculty meetings, and perform other school functions.
