Best suited for this position is a candidate with at least two years Creative Fine Dining experience, the personality and proven leadership ability to manage a staff, the passionate thirst for excellence, openness to guidance, and a respect for the classic expectations of a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen. A solid, proven, measurable background is a must.
