Qualified applicants should have management experience, the ability to effectively communicate with and manage staff, and a dedicated work ethic. Fine-dining experience a must.
USHG was recently selected by The Museum of Modern Art to create, plan and operate the dining facilities in the renovated and expanded MoMA, due to reopen to the public in winter 2004/05. The dining facilities will include a fine dining restaurant on the first floor, and visitor cafes on the second and fifth floors. USHG will also provide catering for many of the Museum's special events, as well as food service for MoMA staff.
