This position will be responsible for various functions of management and food preparation independently or under the direction of the Executive Chef, including requisition and purchase of food stuffs; supervision of hourly food and beverage personnel; preparation of foods; maintenance of a clean and orderly kitchen and sanitation standards; and portion and quality control.
