We are seeking an entry-level line cook. This is a great opportunity for a recent culinary school grad to get experience in a gourmet kitchen.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. You should be able to work fast and will be responsible for preparing the mise en place, grill, sauti, and working their station.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required. You should be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.
Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.
