Persimmon Grocery slated to open in early summer 2004 is looking for a manager and asst. manager. Managers will work closely with the owner in searching out the best quality Italian & Spanish cheeses, cured meats, gourmet food stuffs, wines. Other duties will include training a small staff, opening and closing procedures, and general accounting. Candidates should be driven to excel in an environment that is looking for excellence in all areas.
